Shipping policy
At Mainora (operated by SIA EDOL), we strive to provide transparent and reliable shipping for all our customers. All orders are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Shipping Destination
We ship to the United States and Internationally to most countries worldwide. The United States is our primary market.
Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses (APO/FPO). Some remote international destinations may have longer delivery times or restrictions. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout.
2. Shipping Costs & Methods
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total and will be converted in your local currency:
- Orders $0.00 – $99.99: $5.99 Flat Rate Shipping for USA
- Orders $0.00 – $99.99: $7.99 Flat Rate Shipping for Worldwide outside the USA.
- Orders $100.00 and over: FREE Shipping for all countries.
3. Delivery Timeline
Your order’s estimated arrival is the sum of our Handling Time and Transit Time. All estimates are based on Business Days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST or on weekends and public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Note: International orders may take additional time depending on customs processing in your country.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can monitor your package's progress 24/7.
5. Missing or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us at info@mainora.com within 5 days.
- Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the item and contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
6. International Shipping & Customs
For orders shipped outside the United States, please be aware that:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
- Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
- Mainora is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
