At Mainora, we offer optional Shipping Protection to provide additional coverage for eligible orders during transit.

What Shipping Protection Covers

Shipping Protection may provide coverage for the following situations occurring during transit:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages after delivery

  • Items damaged during shipping

Coverage applies only to eligible orders where Shipping Protection was selected and purchased at checkout.

Cost

The cost of Shipping Protection is displayed during checkout before your order is placed.

The fee may vary depending on the order value and destination. The exact amount will be shown before payment is completed.

Optional Service

Shipping Protection is completely optional.

Customers may choose whether to add Shipping Protection during checkout. If selected, the applicable fee will be displayed separately in the order summary.

Customers may remove Shipping Protection before completing their purchase.

How to File a Claim

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within:

  • Damaged items: [X] days after delivery

  • Lost packages: [X] days after the estimated delivery date

To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Email address used for purchase

  • Description of the issue

  • Supporting photos (for damaged items)

Exclusions

Shipping Protection does not cover:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered when sufficient proof of delivery exists (except where theft coverage applies)

  • Delays caused by weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other events outside the provider's control

  • Orders that have not purchased Shipping Protection

  • Fraudulent claims or abuse of the program

  • Items damaged after successful delivery

  • Any exclusions specified by the Shipping Protection provider

Claim Review

Claims are reviewed individually and may require additional verification before approval.

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement shipment, store credit, or refund, subject to the provider's terms and eligibility requirements.
