At Mainora (operated by SIA EDOL), we operate a 30-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • Unworn or unused.
  • With tags attached and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

1. How to Initiate a Return

  • To start a return, please contact us at info@mainora.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will send you the return address and full instructions. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
  • Authorization: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

2. Return Shipping Costs (Important)

  • For Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective, we will provide a return shipping label free of charge.

  • For Customer Remorse (Changed Mind/Wrong Size): If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item, you (the customer) are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Order Changes

If you would like to change your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after this 2-hour window as the order will have entered processing.

6. Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will replace it provided the correct address was submitted.

  • If you prefer a refund for a lost package, we must wait 30 days from the shipment date to ensure the package is officially declared lost by the courier before issuing a refund.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.
  • Method: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
  • Bank Delays: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
